Hi guys! Has anyone purchased prg products? Any difficulty shipping and getting your goods tracked?

I paid mine via PayPal over a month ago and nothing concrete is happening so far. I'm getting worried. Any experience anyone?

If the company you paid has not made any contact or is ignoring to send any items out for whatever reason and you paid thru paypal - send paypal an email or ask them to contact you, start a payment/item postage dispute or raise the issue. From there they will contact the company and instruct they respond to you, if not they will refund you in full

Managed to get a refund. Now trying to get a similar kit from nisstec. Hope I get it this time.
