Hi all-

Glad to see a forum for Navara utes. I just picked up a second-hand 1992 D21 4x4 with the NA TD27 motor. It is a great little work ute with a large tray on the back.

Back in the states, I have another 4x4. It is an IH Scout but fitted with the SD33T Nissan Diesel so I am somewhat familiar with these engines.

Anyways, I was very fortunate to have such a great forum for the Scout and am happy to have found one for the Navara. Looking forward to gaining some knowledge from y'all and hopefully contributing a bit too.

Welcome, there is a turbo version of that motor so it would be an easy upgrade.

Thanks all.

I was actually considering the turbo upgrade but want to make sure the motor is up to it (441,000 kms). I may actually have to drop a replacement motor in her down the track and that will be a turbo model for sure.
