I have a little dremel I can use after if I need to I'll just be using 30 cut off blades lol

I used an angle grinder and then cleaned it up with a flappy disc, turned out nice, then gave it a paint, you can hardly tell.

Have my new spc arms ordered also, just curious why trimming is still required. Arnt the new arms meant to fix that problem, or am I missing something ?

Nothing major...but the boot of the upper balljoint gets very close to the coil bucket...id rather chop the lip off the coil bucket that have a weird ball joint flog out..sometimes the grinder is not needed.you might get lucky...the spc instructions give you instructions on how to remove the lip

Ok thanks!

So after having a few issues with fitting the arms I got that sorted! Grinded the bucket back about 5mm more then I need but after talking to zordo I could have just bashed it in with a hammer! Ahh well it's done now.. My other issue is that I can't get the caster and camber down so I will have to change my lower control arm bushes with some offset ones to get more adjustment for the upper arms. So I will be looking into it now and see how hard it will be to change them out myself apparently the factory ones need to be either drilled out or use an oxy to cut them out so I'll keep people posted on the outcome in the next few weeks!

Oh and thanks to patrol customs in beenleigh that guided me in the right direction and helping me grind back and figure out what needed to be done!

Well the time has come! The nav has been booked in with northside 4x4 to have the unichip installed and tuned next week Wednesday! So videos and pics along with dyno graph would be nice ey!?
