Oil round EGR blanking

Hey guys,

I've tried doing a search for my problem, tried phrasing it different ways but I'm yet to encounter someone else that has written about it. (sorry if its been posted n this is a repeat post)

I have done EGR mod and sense lines but i have it seems oil coming out where the blanking plate is.

My question is, is this normal?
If it isn't, and suggestions as to what might be causing it?

pull it off / clean it up and re seal it , that's all it is

It could be blow-by oil coming in from the other direction. Catch cans remove most of that.

Catch can is next on the agenda, followed by the many other things I want to do ��

catch can will fix that .....and a re seal of the plate....but nothing that you will need to lose sleep over
