Hi guys
I have a 2011 Thai built D40 Kingcab. Had set of driving lights on now removed and replaced with a light bar. Used 1 side of existing wiring. Previous driving lights were wired in with high beam with an isolator switch.
New light bar works with high beam etc however when power off & if flicked on by the indicator/light stalk light bar comes (along with other lights) but then headlights stay on.

My auto electrician says there is no issue with how its wired. Relays are not staying open momentarily. However this issue has him stumped.

Any other members experienced same issue & is there a remedy?
Also when light bar on static over radio. How to fix this please.

Light bar is chinese made 20 inch 126W cree led.

When the lights stay on, is that with the engine running or engine off?

The static is also a side effect of the chinese light bars. It is electrical interference from the circuits inside the light bar itself...

As above.

You'll find that the headlights turn off after 30 seconds. It's a courtesy function (it's in the car's manual too, but not many of us read those!) so that you can get your house open up in the darkness and not have to worry about going back to turn the lights off again.
