Fog Lights In!

Sure has mate. Actually, where that scrape is, was where the Original Side Steps, poped off, when it rested on it's belly going over a ridge.. :)

Here's a few quick pics mate.. Sub frame is front. U Bolts are the middle..

Actually it wasn't too bad. 3 in total, admittedly i used a lot of WD40. And Broke off a blade to not cut the Bar behind it.. Not too bad.. I have finished pic somewhere too.. But i used a Die Grinder to clean up the corners..

Hey mate. They bolt on the Chasis, with caged nuts, so there no Drilling into the chassis which is cool.. The middle has U Bolts that go around the Chassis also.. They were around 700 mark.. But i figure it's worth it to protect the sills and panels..

Just a small electric fence i hope. 600,000 Watts!! :shooter:

Honestly mate, If it's a steel bumper, get it powder coated. It's so much more durable, wont scratch as much, doesn't chip etc.. I'm about to do my Bullbar, as the standard paint on t as already faded with in a few years..

Thanks guys there pretty tough too.. A mate has them on his ute, and dropped a wheel down a 1 mtr ditch, the car come to rest on the side steps.. Didn't even budge.. :)

Hey all, I just put my new ARB side steps on my D40. Here's a few pics! Come up a treat, pretty easy to put on.. Would have been heaps easier if there was someone to help... :stickyman:

Start with the Bonnet.. It's a pain in the Ass Noise.. Grease the Rubber Grommets up, and the Latch, also sometimes i had a noise from the grill also, same kinda noise.. I just fixed up the plastic fixings and it's been quiet since also.. :rock:

Mine started a knocking sound at 60,000 k's nursed for about another 5000k's then replaced the Dual Mass flywheel, which was making the noise, as the two plates were detaching.. And clutch was almost burnt out.. Now i have a Exedy Single mass flywheel and a Heavy Duty Clutch. No probs so far...
