Rim offset

Its time to buy some new tyres and i'm gunna get an other set of BF muddys 265/75/r16 but i want to get a set of black steel rims. So what i want to know is is there an offset that will give show dish on the rim without going past the standard flares ?

I believe the 20 positive is the right offset. I have 20+ on my mate. 16x8 steel rim with 265/75/16. They sit dead straight with the guards as per the photo...
