Priming foam cell shocks.

Hi guys, just wishing to confirm i am doing this correctly.

I have a new set of toughdog foam cells, and in to the process of priming them. when i first unboxed them, they went in real easy and needed 3 large gorillas to pull them back out again, am i correct in assuming that when you need 3 large gorillas to both push them in, and pull them out (same amount of pressure required to do both), the priming is complete?? or should it be 3 large gorillas to push in, and 1 fat man (me) to pull them out again??

The compression is usually harder by hand than extension. 3x harder seems alot but might be right for those shocks...
