Door Swap

Ok, so I read every thread in D40 Body & Chassis and I cant find the answer.to this two part question

Will a 2009 VSK Passenger side door fit a MNT vehicle and my D40 is a 09 build 10 compliance plate. Will a 2010 onwards door fit also ?

I can't see why they won't physically fit, I thought the majority of the body was identical. The wiring will be a little different because Thai models didn't have indicators in the mirrors, they had them in the guards.
