Another "P" plater, after my last meeting with a P driver im freaking out every time i see one. wish they were taught to drive by proper methods and not just mum letting them clock up some hrs before being let loose on the roads.

Plenty of people "creep over" the centreline where I live also. I've met a few on my side, but NONE that far over. The penalty is not commensurate with the severity of the crime. Like drink driving really which is as dangerous as this sh1t or driving around with a loaded and cocked gun, or texting or talking on the phone.
Charge should be criminal negligence or something.
