i'm from perth, i wrote a post a few weeks back about my car is wrote off.
the insurance is entitled to the snorkel canopy and the bullbar as it is in the policy, you see i want to get the wheels of the car try and get older ones and switch. and the underbody protection so i will have to get a stone gaurd for the front. also take of spotties, radio and other bits and pieces.
does anyone know a place where i can get second hand wheels with tyres and stone guard.

i can get a old nissan navara d40 bullbar would it be ok to switch as my other one is new.

Try eBay. Try the quokka. Try gumtree. Or http://www.perthwreckers.com/ and start ringing. Maybe even try some tyre shops, someone might have got new rims and tyres and left their oldies at the shop...

went to wreckers today got 5 tyres 50r15's 4are 80% tread spare 50%.
so all good cheers mate.

got them all for 270 bucks

you shouldnt have to pay for anything, just ring the insurer and say what is yours (ie not covered by the insurance) and say you want them back

i had to do this for a friend

see when it is in getting assesed and they say it's a right off do they keep it there and then.

just wondering can i ask to buy it back
