Hello, you wonderful people!
I have a TD27 with a turbo and intercooler and manual transmission. So far, all I have is a boost gauge and a voltmeter, as well as the standard engine temp/fuel.
What else should I get?
I was thinking:
A) EGT
B) Oil Pressure
C) Oil temp
So, here are my questions:
1) Is there anything else I should include?
2) Where do I plumb in oil pressure / Oil temp?
3) What is the "normal" oil pressure for a TD27?
4) What is the "normal" oil temp for a TD27?
5) Would an aftermarket water temp gauge be a good idea? (How accurate is the factory unit?)
