Hey folks,
I'm just in the middle of picking a lift kit and was wondering what component makes up the lift in the front on a D22?
Is it the winding up of the torsion bar or the shock?
I've noticed in the 3" and up kits you start changing suspension arms for more clearance of the bump-stops but this isn't the case in the 2" and shorter lift kits.
The reason I ask is after a little research my shocks are actually specced to be used with a lift kit up to 3" so I'm wondering if I need to go all out when purchasing my components.
