Don't replace it, try cleaning it.
If that works, then I'd say either the fuel filter isn't perfect, or your fuel supplier may have issues.
O2 sensor should trigger a code if it's completely faulty. If it's misreading O2 levels it will make minor adjustments to the fuel but more than likely will cause DPF issues.
MAFS is always a candidate for issues, especially if it's behind a non-paper filter. Easy to clean, just be careful with it!
