Ahhh it's probably for the better eh
It's a buyers market bloke, there are pleeeeenty of specials out there...

If you're not set on the d40, you could have a d23 and d22 full worked but needing motors and pumps etc!

If you're half decent on the tools you could have a brilliant little fully worked nav with blown motors, i.j pumps and gear bags for $5g, $2 to 3g's for a motor and you have a 10 to 15g nav!
I'll see if I can find the couple of utes I'd go for, if you're interested...

This is a score this one, I can get you a 240'000k motor, new pump injectors etc $2.5g.... ahhh yeahhhhh if I had the money I'd be grabbing this one..

I know what I'd be doing bloke, no better way of building confidence and mechanical knowledge about diesels eh
