I installed a full ironman 2 inch suspension lift only 2 months ago.
Yesterday i noticed the passenger side rear shock absorber that had the "sleeve"or the top half of the outer cover had broken/fallen down and exposed the main shaft.
Today i rang them and straight away they said to bring the narvy in for a look, which i did.
The guy there noticed that a spacer washer wasnt fitted between the chassy and the inside of the shocker, which made the top half of the shock only just rub on the chassy, hence braking it off.
Without question, they replaced not one but both rear shocks and didnt even want the other set back, all at no cost to me.
How good is that?
I will recommend them to anyone...FANTASTIC...
