Electric window passenger side front

Hi all
This would have been asked before but cant seam to find anything
the passenger side window is going down but wont go back up from either drivers side or front passenger side switch. Any suggestions on what it could be

It's more than likely the connections in the left front door, although there's a chance the motor for that window might be weak and unable to lift the glass. If you pull up on the glass with your fingers while operating the switch, does it start to work? If yes, you need a new motor. If not, remove the door trim and reconnect all the electricals and check any earths. You might want to attach an earth cable from the body (bolts under the dash are a good source) to a bare bit of metal in the door (like the door striker).
