265/75 On standard D40?

I have just put some 265/75 BF Goodrich mud terrain KM2's on my stock hight stock front bar no mods and got no problems with rubbing in either normal road use and off road use only thing is the rear gards fill with mud flicked up very fast and before you know it the tub is 60kg's heavier.

The speado didnt change unless it was wrong from factory.

I have both 265/75/R16 and 265/70R17 for my 07 D40 .No rub no mods and no lift . Truck was fitted from new with the 265/75/R16 BFG AT's and registered with those tyres . Noone has said boo and yes they were originally right on the limit but 50k down the track they are under the limit now and still have enough meet left for at least another 30k.The 16s are actually larger dia tyres than the 17's .... go figure .However the 17's put the speedo spot on at 100kmh as per the gps .
