    Ceramic Beads Balance Weights.

I put some of this in my bike: http://www.ride-on.com/ They make many different types, tho im not sure how they differ, works a treat for balancing the wheels to perfection, still yet to test the puncture part, but being a motorcycle tire, it would only really cover a small area. Have thought...

    Factory Airbox Leaking

The 227 can be pried apart if you put the lid on wet, but i would not recommend it (from experience), that is why i suggested leaving it overnight to dry. it dries flexible, so it can squish a little to make a seal.

    No Dash or Tailights

orange wire... that was the one that stuffed me over on my 2002 single cab anyway.

    Factory Airbox Leaking

pull out any remaining foam, fill the area the foam came from with sika 227 (smoothing it out with your finger to create a gasket, so wear gloves), let it sit overnight to dry, then place back in car. worked for me. :)

    Flasher Relay HEELPPP!!!

do your indicators come on when you try to use them, and go off when you turn them off?? If so, then the relay may still 'tick' but you will have to do the flashing part manually. eg, move the stick up and down, and each time the lights turn on / off look for the relay that is ticking by...

    Diesel fuels?

if the product is the same, i would suggest maybe some kind of bulk discount, nav standard 75l tank and last the average user a week or 2, cant cant usually fit the highflow nozzle in vs truck usual minimum 2x 700l tanks and lasts the average user about 2 or 3 days, and would take for ever to...

    rough running ZD30

before foring out for new plugs (easy enough job to do tho), check the wire that goes to them, see if the connector is burn out, or if any of the nuts are loose, this happened to a mates troll, he kept getting hard star issues, and white smoke, we found the nut on his glow plug rail was loose...

    Heater a control panel problem

when i first got my 02DX who ever had it before obviously only used the 1 setting on the panel, so when i tried to change it to my preferred setting it bent the wire, i got one from a wrecker for free when i was getting some other parts, it is just a case of removing the old one, and putting the...

Fuel economy D22 DX after EGR

sounds about right for my calculations when i was on my way back from northern nsw to Melbourn, maybe closer to the 11l/100k once calculated for 265/75/16's from the stock 205's

zd30 white smoke and oi in the turbo

with the glow plug, check the connections first, clean the bolts on the rail, and check the connector that mounts to the bracket, its on a wire that is about th size of 6B&S so reasonably thick, check to see if that has burnt out. These checks a basically free, just uses a little time, if it...

zd30 white smoke and oi in the turbo

1st guess, white smoke = glow plug problem (aslong as you are not using water then you are in real trouble) as for the oil, is it in the air intake of the turbo, refer to posts relating to catch cans.

    Alternator issues

First thing i would recommend, clean your contacts. A can of contact cleaner can be got from supercheap for about $16, grab one, and some fine wet + dry, follow your wires from the alternator, and clean any contacts you find (Unbolt, spray, scrub, spray again, reconnect), also clean the...
