I installed the ERG plate a few months back But last week was the first time ive been any long distance to check out any improvements in the fuel economy , Now ive also changed from the standard 14''wheels to the 15'' so at 100kmph the trip metre is only registering 96.2..
The distance from St Marys to Batehaven in Batemans bay according to the GPS is 325 KM yet the trip metre only registered 292km the total return trip was 610km ,I fuelled the vehicle to the brim and on return did the same it took exactly 51litres giving me a 11.96 kilometres to the liters , which I thought was pretty good , has any one bettered these figures , and I was doing the speed limit or a little bit over where possible .
