Winding up torsion bars

G'day guys I'm new to the forum. Just wondering has anybody wound up there standard torsion bars on a d22? If so how did you do it and how much lift did you get out of it?

Hi Danny
We have all wound up our standard torsion bars,got about 40mm and follow instructions on this forum. Use the search function. Or are you trolling? It's ok if you are, I love a good troll, I don't usually troll this forum tho.
In a few months I will be upgrading my standard torsion bars for efs and may do a write up if I can be ****ed.
