Which shocks?

Hi, i am thinking of getting a tough dog lift kit, and part of the kit is you have a choice of shocks just wondering if any of you guys know much aboput any of these:
Tough Dog foam cell shocks
Rancho 5000 shocks
Tough Dog 40mm 9 stage adjustable shocks
Rancho 9000 9 stage adjustable shocks.
Some advice would be excellent.

Hey mate, I just went through this and used EFS all round. Be carefull and ask the question, the upper control arm (depends on shocks brand) may need to be ground out to accomidate the shock absorber. Diameter I`m meen.
