"we would rather not sell it"?? - Ironman

hey guys there are a few parts to this question, but here goes.

Story-
Briefly, decided I need some bash plates and am going to buy the Ironman plates. I work for a company that used to have an ironman account and found out our cost price would be $242 which is the same as the ebay price, except they charge $80 shipping!

I rang ironman direct, hoping to do a deal, they told me that their retail is $369!! and although I explained I'm happy to mod the plates, can't refund etc... I was very politely told, they would rather not sell them knowing they needed to be modded!

Perhaps after I buy and mod the plates... I should send Ironman a .dxf file (3d Model)of the modded plate, and they could get off their lazy ass and start producing bull bar compatible plates!


so one question, anybody bought from this shop?
the neccessary mods are pretty easy.... right?

No but he (Kieron aka Bushskins) is a member of the Pajero Forum.

A lot of people from there buy his stuff. Not sure if there is a discount though.
