Rotor size - all the same for YD25? 296 / 320 mm. Front and back replacement

Hi all.
Would I need to measure them first, or is there a definite way to say what size is OK by the model year?
2.5 Diesel YD25 E3
How about the back? D40 with discs in the back is the same as R51 pathfinders?

How about pads? Blindly going for it or are there also options with spring both sides / middle / none like in some other cars?

Spanish built, 2006.

I have limited trust in sellers checking by VIN - I was told e.g. that accessory belt D40 YD25 126kW won't fit to my YD25 126kW R51.

Rear brakes should be drums, linings are 295x55x5.5mm.

Front discs are 296x28mm and should be the same for 2006-2010 at least (might be larger when Nissan went to 17" rims).

As far as I'm aware they're still 296mm rotors in 2011. Spanish builds should be 38mm high and Thai builds should be 53mm high (because of the different wheel offsets).
