replacing zd30 with an alternative motor??

Just curious if anyone has done research on replacing a zd30 motor with an alternative motor if it every blew up? What brands and specs?

hard or not There something like a 4 month wait for 1 and cost about $14K!!! then you gotta do the conversion.
I'de rather do a gen3 for that kind of moola

I agree.
But Im not really seeing it as an easy swap.
Or a cheap one for that matter.
Im thinking it would need a heap or mounts and such custom fabricated...
