Hi all

Looking for advice. Just fitted a 2" body lift- no issues with steering, hoses etc. thank god1 but the front bar is a PITA!! std Nissan alloy bar- need to know how to go about mods to fit the body lift. Also VG33E petrol- forced induction or should I just put a V8 in. Need more towing capability- Good off road and daily driving but bollocks once a load is hooked to it

My vote is to turn the VG33E into a VG33ER.

The R is for supercharged.

I put a gen 3 in mine and it has the power now but a pain in the arse to do the conversion.
Eaton superchargers do one to fit the VG33E.
You could also just do some head work and a cam and do a 80 series airbox.

Was looking at US sites and saw they had a supercharged model... how much work is involved in con. N/A to supercharged. Can pick up S/C for a good price from US but that will affect the compression etc. On saying that, I think Skylines have VG33ER but not sure in OZ

Na the VG33ER is US only from memory.

The Skylines ran the RB series engine and the went to the VQ35DE, VQ35DD now from memory.

Run it on a low boost
