Navara d22 zd 3.0 Fuel pump

Hi does any one know what is the difference between a fuel pump from a patrol to a navara is ZD 3.0 .
My sons ecu on the pump has died is it possible to buy a ecu from here in Australia or overseas .

i think there is a few different pumps even in the navaras. talking to a mech here they had to send the main ecu away with the pump to make sure it matched up. i don't know what the differences are.

afaik there was a mention on patrol forum of a au crowd that could replace the pumps ecu. the big question is what is the rest of the pump like.

There's like 6 different pumps I am told.
