Muddies for a d22

G'day all Neil is my name, I've been looking the site and I must say it is great.
I have a 2003 d22 I have put new rear springs and new torsion bars witch has given me a 40mm lift in the front and about 75mm on the rear , I am looking at putting mud terrain tyres on it and thought I might get some advise from you guys cheers .

Lot of people love the bfg muddies, I went with cooper st maxx in 265/75/16. Not quite a muddy, but they have served me well, just on 70,000 kms. And I live out of town on gravel and single lane ashalt roads, so it's not an easy life for my tyres.
