HT12 turbo differences

Are all the Nissan HT12's on D22's, Zd30.s the same? How can i identify if i have an aftermarket turbo ? I have 3 D22, ZD30's and a couple of spare turbo,s and there are some slight differences in the compressor housing,s on a couple of them

There's not a lot of info on the hitachi turbo's out there, can't even find compressor maps.

i think the d22 has an IHI rhf4 turbo.
these are some info i have found in the past, no idea if they are legit
