My battery died so I charged it and now the engine light is on,how would I go about getting it fixed.
Thanks

It depends on what caused it. The code in the ECU will help, if it's an actual error and not just caused by an intermittent connection (dirty battery terminal, cracked fusible link etc).

There are 3 ways to read the codes:

1) Pedal dance. See this post for details.

2) Get it to a mechanic and have them read the code. Could cost $$.

3) Buy a bluetooth ELM327 OBD2 adapter and use an app on your phone (I use Android's Torque). Should cost less than $20 and it's yours forever.
