Just about to pick up the new D40 in a couple of weeks as daily driver and thought I would join and have a cruise around.

My main offroad rig is an old GQ Patrol with all the bits & pieces but not for really driving everyday,

But looking forward to the comfort of the duel cab

Ended up with the ST in Auto worked out to be the best suiting deal for us,

Have to add I am abit annoyed at the fact you have to pay an extra $400 for child restraints as they arn't standard in the ST but are in the STX.

You don't HAVE to pay $400 for the restraints there are plenty of mechanics and the like who will do it a lot cheaper than $400. However the more expensive hairdresser's model still doesn't come with a remote fuel lid or an alloy spare so it's not all beer and skittles for us either.
