Coolant Leak

Driving home last night and noticed the heater/air con wasn't working. Got home and noticed smoke coming from the bonnet. Checked over everything and noticed there was no fluid in the radiator. Filled up the radiator and now see coolant dripping from under the vehicle. Any ideas on what is causing this?

I'd try to track it down before driving it too much further. It's a classic sign of a damaged head gasket or a damaged head.

Turns out it was a couple of spilt hoses!
