I'm sorry....my HR does bend a bit.....it torque rolls off the line....
but it gets back into shape a bit further down the track.

Just use a c section clamp and a couple of HT bolts on top, takes a bout the same time to make them both. Clears all fuel lines except near the fuel tank where you have to remove a screw that holds the fuel lines in a clamp and then let the plastic clip rest against the bracket made.

This way you can easily remove the steps when needed without signs of a modification.
As mentioned above there is a thread on D22 sliders, there you will see pictures that are I think on pages 9 and 11.
