ZD30 conector beside EGR conector

Hi guys I need to find out what is for a conector wich is located beside the EGR conector in the pics you show for the diagram for the explanation on the EGR valve I have one ZD30 enginee on mi pick up 2006 but it was left in a workshop for almost 2 years and i guess it was stolen during these days, my engine start well but inmediatly it turn on it start to make a aceleration decelaration proces back and forth as it have an air intake fail and when I move it one I release a little bit the clutch pedal it begin to acelerate, additionaly the tachometer it dosn't work and the mechanic dont have any idea about this issues, I really apreciate your kind help in order to solve this topics ASAP, thanks a lot
