Wheels Scrubbing

Hi all,
ive got 265/75R16's on, and they scrub the gurads on full lock. Ideas on how to stop this? I dont want smaller tires either.

hmm grinder and 240volts

Dont need to be that drastic heat gun and a few hits with a hammer will do it. winding up suspension up will help to.
