I wouldn't have thought so. I've never heard of someone trying it. You'll need the ECU, and may need to change gearbox because the V9X takes the RE7 gearbox whereas the YD25 is coupled to the RE5.
There might be a difference in the firewall too, because on the V9X the turbocharger sits up on the rear of the motor so there'd be a fantastic amount of heat there compared to the YD25 engine bay which has the turbo mounted off to the side of the engine.
