Possible Brake Line Leak or Seal?

Noticed this yesterday afternoon whilst working on my Ute.
Any thoughts? Could it be a rear axle seal?

Yeah mate, I'm thinking the rear axle seal.. I've done them a couple times out of warranty..
Nissan picked it up under warranty and I suggested the rear brakes would be full of oil.. They come to the party and replaced what was needed there too

Hey mate, yeah it ended up being the rear seal. I spent the coin and got both done at the same time.
