Hi , looking for some advise ,

I’m trying to see what scv valve is recommended for my 2006 pathfinder

I know there are long ones and short ones but which one is the correct one

Best way to find out is to remove yours. One electrical connection and two Torx bolts and it's away.

Thanks for your reply , I have it removed but it has no information on it , was having a look online and I see you can get either short or long ones , so I’m a bit puzzled , cheers

Oh the difference is easy to spot. I'm not recommending either of these, just pointing out the pics involved.

Yeah I realise that , I’m just wondering which one is ment to be fitted the short one or the longer one , cheers

The basic answer to that is whatever one was in it from the factory so if you pull a short one out it has to have a short one put back in it simple you can’t replace or swap from short to long etc it has to be what it has originally they are not interchangeable
