NP3000 and V6 Nav Gearbox

hey all,

thinking about getting out of my patrol and back into a nav because i miss the tray to much.

After having a look around on the net at reviews etc i came across a video about the np3000 and its gearbox. The gearbox is the same 7 speed auto as is seen in the v6 nav. I would love one of these but the only downside is that it upshifts all on is own even in low range, however navara have obviously seen this as a problem and fixed it in the np3000.

I wonder if they release a fix for the v6 or just abandon all owners

They already got the money out of us so chances of Nissan releasing the transmission programming fix for D40 550 are minimal. Or maybe I am too sceptical .

I hope they do cause I have the same problem with the Series 7 ST with the the Auto transmission not holding in gear. Very annoying and can actually be quite dangerous if not prepared for it.
