Hi everyone, just new to this. I just bought a new D40 series 6 2.5. After reading a lot of posts it seems that a complete list of fault codes would be handy, can anyone point me in the right direction to get a hold of such a list.

Welcome to the forums.

The scangauge website used to have a list of generic and manufacturer codes. As to how correct it will be I'm not sure anyone's really put it to the test. Over the last few years on this forum we've been able to prove a few fault codes but I would guess that for every fault code we've been able to prove there is one that we can't and it may come down to the readers people are using.
