i just wanted to know if any one knows where i can get the window seals for my 96 d21 the ones on there are breaking off real badly

Can't help you with the seals except to suggest Nissan or some mob like Windscreens O'Brien - they might at least be able to tell you where you can get them.

I can vouch for these guys for older cars, I've used them a number of times for 70's and 80's model vehicles so I've no doubt they will be able to help on a 90's model
