That's what you'd try to do, yes. Ensure that the timing chain marks are lined up as well, unless the reason for replacing the head is a failed timing chain.

Here's the Nissan workshop manual for the engine which covers all engine models for that year (2011-2014 actually) and should have all the detail you need about setting the timing up correctly.

Thank you Tony. Yes I'm taking off as is, then replacing as is. All cams will be set in position and marked too.
