What did you do with the wiring? when you removed tub was all the wiring attached to the chasis?

that does look awsome i was gonna be lazy and put an ally tray on mine but this has got me back on the steel tray path. It looks fairly solid did you manage to get an approx weight or comparison to the weight o the tub?

What are the dimensions of the tray? L x W if you don't mind me asking?

L1560 W1670 its the same length as my factory tow bar, I made the whole tray to be same as the outside dimensions of the tub

it is 3" so 75mm 3mm wall thickness I had got mandrel bend in the same material and welded them in

Thanks bud! Organizing materials and pricing now. I'm basin it on your design but a tad wider and longer.
And reinforcing the floor with steel plate to support a dog cage on the back.
How much did materials end up setting you back?

you wouldn't need a steel plate for the cage my floor doesn't go anywhere, and I made mine this wide so no trees or anything would get stuck on the tray if the slide down the side of the car
