D22 3lt Drivers seat- change out option

Hello wise people I'm trying to find out what seat I can change my driver’s seat with that doesn't feel like you’re sitting on the floor and springs. The old owner has given the seat more of a workout then it was designed for.

Please any suggestions would be appreciated something comfy and hopefully a bolt straight in.
