Hi,.
Just a small issue.
The clock resets to 12:00 and the trip meter back to 0 every time when starting the car.
Is this a poor battery issue or something else?

Sounds like a battery that's dropping below the voltage required to keep the instruments operational. A deep draw test (monitoring the voltage under high loads) will reveal this, most battery centres will have a gizmo that can do this.

I chose a Century 910CCA battery for my car, model number "DIN75LHX MF" which only just fits in the space but cranks the engine like nothing else.
