Boost solenoid change out

Hey I recently changed my boost solenoid since my cars been abit gutless off the mark. But now I've got the new one in, I'm not getting anything from my turbo at all

I have made sure all the lines are in the right place and no hoses have popped off in the process.

I did notice that the part numbers were slightly different 14956 eb70a was the one removed and 14956 eb70b is the one installed.

Could this be the issue?
