BFG KM2 MT Largest legal size D40 in WA

Does anyone know what the legal oversize limit for tires are in WA I am looking at the 265/75/16 for the D40, currently running 265/70/16 and standard was 255/70/16 I know in other states it is only 14mm but does anyone know the limit for WA and will they fit the 7inch rim.

I am looking for a set of steel wheels any suggestions prices in Perth would be appreciated.

Other question is the offset for the D40 spaniard +30mm.

The 265/75 will fit on the standard rim no problems mate. I'm not sure on legalities for you though.
