Make sure you tighten the bolts of the SCV properly when changing it. Also look at the hoses that go to the fuel filter, those clips start to crack the hose with time and age as you tighten them down. Just trim the old cracked ends and reuse the clips and clasp.

Yup I have had this problem for years on a 2008 D40 Adventura , A/C will switch from recirculate to opening outside vents on its own while driving, would love to figure out why and how to stop it ( I have run the built in A/C diagnostic test, and the unit says all parameters are normal????)

Thanks for the info, took the vehicle to Nissan today and they suspect that coolant is leaking into the turbo( as the turbo in this model is water cooled). I am keeping my fingers crossed that the repair would be a simple seal of some sort.

Have you tried reseting the ECU and Fuel pump? Like you I was getting poor fuel consumption before the reset (16.3MPG), now I am getting 24MPG after the reset. Do a search for "ECU reset" in the forum for detail information
