Welcome, have a look at my garage, I have an 09 ST, it should give you an idea what the differences are, not much really, you get side steps, steering wheel audio and bluetooth control, cruise control, 6 stacker, colour coded mirrors, only real differences are cosmetic.

When I was looking for a new 4WD, a mate asked me about engine performance, I only knew of the Dp chip, he has now fitted one to his 2007 SR hilux with a 3 inch exhaust and loves it, for sand the extra torque is fantastic, the place he had it dyno'd spoke about the steinbower.

there are 2 types of ST, thai and spanish, make sure you know which it is as they are both slightly different. I'm putting an ARB sahara bar on mine, something different and don't really need headlight protection, the Ironman, you get what you pay for...
