A 2015 D40 I’m considering purchasing indicted these codes upon inspection:

Engine: P1212 TCS circuit
Trans: P1705 TP censor CRNT
ABS: C1132 Engine signal 3
BCM: U1000 can communication circut

Are any of these significant? Repairs necessary?

critical.
never buy cars with error codes showing.

it kinda points towards a bad plug or harness, possible water damage. can bus communication error with abs, throttle and gearbox.

Interesting. The company performing the pre-sale inspection didn’t think they were so critical to kill the purchase.

what a bunch of aholes.
odds are its being sold because no one can find whats wrong, or its got water damage and its had random faults everywhere. the old flick it and make it someone else problem.

It’s a difficult decision to make, if you love the vehicle but it has indicated problems. Get a second opinion if not walk away, I would hate to see you on this forum asking how to fix a problem.

Symptoms Of A Bad Throttle Position Sensor

When the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) goes bad, the Check Engine Light comes on and you may experience a rough idle. It also creates an unresponsive throttle, a lack of power, increased fuel consumption and can lead to gear shifting issues if it’s not resolved.

These are six of the possible symptoms you may notice when the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) goes bad.
